No Registrations or Registration Changes will be accepted by telephone.

If you don't want to register on-line then, please complete the registration form, and mail it with payment to the Association offices or fax registrations are accepted 24 hours, 7 days a week with credit card payments. Likewise, a PDF registration form is available 24 hours.


Each exhibitor must wear the official exhibitor badge at all times while at the show site. Trading of badges with other representatives or attendees is strictly prohibited. No distributors or suppliers of an exhibiting company will be allowed admission to the exhibit hall unless an active exhibitor agrees to register them.

Exhibitors shall not request badges for clients or facility staff not employed by the exhibitor.

Name badges will be sent prior to the convention. Please provide an address where the representative will receive their badge in time to bring it with them to the Convention. Badges will be mailed from the OHCA office. Booth personnel must bring this badge with them for entrance to the exhibit hall. All badges requested after April 11 or printed on site will incur an additional charge that will be billed to the exhibiting company.

Each exhibiting company receives three (3) badges for each 10’ x 10’ booth space reserved. Additional company representatives can be added for $50.00 per person for members and $60.00 per person for non-members. Those exhibitors seeking CEUs can also be purchased for an additional per person charge.


Can Exhibitors Attend Educational Seminars?
Yes.
An exhibitor badge does give you entry to all educational seminars at NO additional charge. If you are interested in receiving CEU credits, a CEU registration is required. CEU registrations can be purchased for an additional charge (see exhibitor registration form).

Can Exhibitors Attend Evening Events?
Yes.
We encourage you to take every opportunity to network with attendees. The Wednesday evening Party at 9:00 pm is open to all attendees. Exhibitors can also attend the Wednesday President's Dinner for an additional charge. (see exhibitor registration form).


Name Badges Must Be Worn At All Times
Admittance to the evening social functions will require a name badge and ticket, if applicable. Attendees will not be granted admission without these items.
