2013 Exhibit Space Application and Contract

• A 50% deposit is required with the submission of the Exhibit Space Application. Agreements submitted without deposit will not be assigned space until the appropriate deposit is received. To be listed in the pre-convention program, 50% of booth fee must be paid by December 21, 2012. The balance of the booth rental payment is due by February 15, 2013. No exhibitors will be allowed on the show floor with an outstanding balance.

• Upon receipt of your agreement, OHCA will assign space per your three preferences. If OHCA is unable to fulfill one of your three preferences, you will be contacted. Once space has been assigned, OHCA will email you confirmation of your assigned booth number.

• Approximately 8 weeks prior to the Convention you will receive an Exhibitor Service Kit with complete instructions for ordering additional furniture, electrical service, labor and freight handling.
